A leaked WhatsApp audio of politician Margaret Dongo appealing to politicians, activists, trade unionists and ordinary citizens not participate in July 31 protests has emerged.
Dongo argued that although corruption and maladministration was rife in government institutions now was not the time to hold protests and spread the rampaging Covid-19 virus.
