SA immigration – Fixing failures in system could have avoided Bushiri escape

Immigration lawyer, Ashraf Essop, says dealing with failures in the South African migration system would have avoided the Sheperd Bushiri saga.

Now the country depends on international law to bring Bushiri back, with the Hawks issuing a Red Notice with Interpol to have them arrested.
