Zimbabwe’s vice president Constantino Chiwenga made a first public appearance in Harare, where he accompanied President Emmerson Mnangagwa to receive Botswana’s President Mokgweetsi Masisi.
Masisi arrived in Harare on Wednesday afternoon.
