A FATHER-OF-FOUR without arms and legs proved that everything is possible, despite losing his limbs due to meningitis at the age of two. Joseph Reed, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, says he had an unhappy childhood in a foster family, and even experienced suicidal thoughts while growing up.
