PHD Ministries founder Prophet Walter Magaya is battling the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) at the High Court in Harare after he was disqualified from contesting presidential elections because he did not submit his “O” Level certificate.
One of Magaya’s lawyers, Tavonga Makamure spoke to the media, followed by Professor Lovemore Madhuku the lawyer who is representing ZIFA.
The cleric reportedly submitted diplomas including a marketing and theology qualifications while ZIFA insists he must submit an ‘O’ level certificate as per the association’s newly amended constitution.
