Vice President Constantino Chiwenga made a very awkward appearance at a press conference this week in which he was fidgeting and sweating. This has sparked a flurry of #ChiwengaChallenge videos on social media.
Chiwenga is reportedly on a “special diet”, with the presidential spokesperson George Charamba hinting that he is battling “serious ailment”.
Chiwenga had to be airlifted to South Africa after he fell sick ahead of a cabinet meeting on October 2.
