In Zambia, authorities are assuring recent troubles are now under control. That comes after xenophobic violence in the capital led to riots and looting. Hundreds of foreigners from Rwanda and countries like Zimbabwe sought refuge at police stations. The identities of two people burnt to death have also been revealed.
