The City Council guys pulled up in a pick up truck by the vendor stalls adjacent to The Boomerang Night Club at the Copacabana rank. They then started piling wooden table tops in front of the vendor stalls blocking the pathway to the stalls. There were mixed reactionc from the vendors with some getting agitated and some advising their fellows not to engage the council guys. One lady had an altercation with the council guys before they drove off after offloading the table tops. Noone got hurt.
