New Zimbabwe constitution is useless

It’s just gone a year since Zimbabwe signed a new constitution into law. The charter for the first time enshrines the bill of rights offering greater protection to citizens and more state accountability. But a year on, what has changed? Amnesty International says the government continues to use unconstitutional laws to repress people exercising their rights in Zimbabwe.
