WATCH: First Lady Auxilia Mnangagwa surprise visit to Harare hospital

  • eka ndokuti amai kwete humai hwepamuromo kutuka nekutonga mrume

  • KEEP IT UP AMAI

  • Good going first lady

  • Fake visits just to lure us into keeping them in power. That’s what you should’ve done since 1984 you’ve known ED.

    • Saka ndiani waurikuda kuti aite visit nhaiwe muhypocrite

    • I didn’t ask for your opinion neither am I interested in debating over your stupid question.

    • Hapana fake visit maG40 munonetsa manje nguva yenyu yakapera yaanguva yaamai vatsva rega vatiratidze what she is made of

    • Munhu ongogara mocomplainer. Oisawo maefforts momutuka. Vanhu venhamo!

    • Toda $15billion yedu. How can hospitals fully function pasina mari?

    • Taura zvako. Even Grace time for elections you will see her arikuma charities then after that that’s it.

    • ZvekuLure nazvo kana zviripo zvichioneka then ndozvooo

    • @Michelle – That’s the Zanu-pf culture. They know on how to twist idiots minds. She was a minister before and she was a wife of a vice president, she should’ve done it long back and donating money kubetsera vamwe. Mbiti idzo. Fake dzega dzega.

    • Antony tambai nevamwe zvakanaka mugrp😳

    • Ko President Mnangagwa vaka donater mari to that child aneskin cancer for her to go to India before.zvimwe muchitendawo vanhuwee

    • Diana – Kutamba nani wacho? Ndimi mese mandiunganira pano ndisina kukukokai. Instead of focusing on stating your own opinions, you’re focusing on “kutamba neni”. Stupidity!

    • Unechivanhu iwe hahaha

    • Toda mari yedu

    • Hatisi kutaura Zvana was enough with negativity. You don’t tell people how to respond you have this mugabe mentality you commented on this platform who invited you to comment. The same rights you have of expressing your opinions are the same rights as everybody else. Be receptive to criticism you can’t expect everyone to agree with your idealism.

    • @ Tandolwnkosi – Yes we need our money back. The hospital is in it’s state today because of them looting our resources. Elections are around the corner and they’re desperate for votes, these are merely fake visits. Ndo culture yavo for the last past 37 years.

    • Antony uri gongo re munu but your statement is true i gree with u but uri mhata chete

    • Zanu-pf must fall. They have to go.

    • @ Michelle – I agree with you! We need young ones to build our country not these old failures. They’re clueless. They need to rest. People like Chamisa seems to be the right candidates for the nation not ma murderers aya asina basa vanhu. Cabinet full of ana Gogo nana Sekuru, vanozivei. Nxaa!

    • Antony unofanira kunge wakambodonhedzwa pamubhedha urikacheche. You have trust issues

    • But mpfana une shuwa

    • Sorry hako kuku tuka but uriskin ye jende

    • Problem we have is chamisa is not 40 years old.

    • I think the major problem we have is, Tsvangirai will not easily pass the stick to the young ones. We don’t want to discriminate people’s healthy status but it was going to be a good idea if he had pass the stick to the fit ones. We can’t get rid of an old dementia president and replace him with a sick one. Otherwise for now, removing Mugabe and replacing him with ED is just like reshuffling the same faeces and expecting icecream from there. Zvima fake visits izvo, it’s just for the votes to remain in power.

    • Zvinhu izvi zvango editwa hapana kana chaamboita apa iyi nyaya yakambobuda zvichinzi minister wehealth yeUganda ndiye akadaro

  • Well done Amai 👏👏👏

  • Where was she living all along. Crocodile friendliness

  • Tears of a crocodile

  • Great move

  • Kkkkkkkkkk eee zvakanaka asika Parerenyatwa mamusiyirei

  • The problem is largely not with hospitals but the politicians. The best economy has the best service delivery- simple. Busy trying to lure votes nemahumbwe WE WANT OUR $15billion

  • Even Grace used to visit and make some donations the hospitals,

  • Never saw Gire in any of these hospitals…let’s hope something positive comes out!!

  • Keep it up l wish yo husband would also do the same not to keep hidding like that oldman who use to only appear in rallies

    • Visiting the hospital doesn’t bring anything good to it, don’t visit but release the funds required to make it a functioning hospital again. Mazimba wake up

    • Ok. So you were expecting her to go there with some funds ..kkkkk what you want them to do is what lead to Mugabes downfall ,,,,how could she release the fund for somethng she didn’t see ,,,,thats why chombo ended up being corrupt because Mugabe didn’t have time to manage how the required fund are being used or misused

    • Don’t buy that cheap politicking Lwazi all politicians are like that, they are after yo votes.

    • L l know but it’s too Early for us to say he has failed lets give him time until the elections if there is no results then we let him go

    • Lwazi Tellmore Mathonsi Martonce can’t agree more with you on that one honestly I can’t see what wrong the first lady did by paying a surprise visit to the hospital

    • L l didn’t say she is wrong ,,,l was saying it is good if she visit for a good purpose ,,,,and not just to persuade people

    • Lwazi, i think you are the only person talking sense here. lets give them a chance its still too early to judge them

    • regester to vote guys

  • All along she has been taking her husband to SA,was she visiting for treatment or just for TV and newspaper people

  • Ndokuti ma first lady uko kwete zvatakamboona

  • Avo varikut dai vakazviita kare vaizviita vakamira saani guys makukanganwa gucci grace

  • ok pretending but kana vadya ice cream they go to South Africa

  • Hope she was shown an empty dispensary.

  • Zvatotanga so, in what capacity is she doing that? Don’t they know what the service delivery is like at all hospitals and why does she get security for? Hapana nyaya apa just ask your husband to return part of his stolen loot and give to hospitals coz you know how dilapidated they are, you don’t have to go there, the hospital has a management who already know the problems there. You want to be seen to be doing something manje muchaneta henyu.

    • Didn’t Michelle Obama used to do this even closer to home, Sally Mugabe. All responsible First Ladies are involved in the “compassionate” stuff of the presidency.

    • no ….

      Those were not looters.

      we are talking of Zanuists.

Let her tell her son not to displays U.S $ notes. not this nonsense.

Her hubby kept quite all these years. Hanzi tinovukura …..to hell. They rigged elections

      Nonsense

    • ukwane iwe capacity ipi yaurikubvunza endesa mukadzi wako ndopaunoona kusiyana kwe capacity

    • Saul was a murderer who later became Paul and wrote two thirds of the New Testament. Let’s give them time. Zviito zvichataura zvega and we will respond.

    • Houston Austin Muzamhindo pfutseki kutu ibva pamusiwo

    • That kind of negativity is not very helpful honestly at least she’s doing something positive why not wait and see what happens afterwards. Let’s give them a chance and see what changes are they going to implement.

    • When we cried in agony you caused makati “tongovukura”. Toda Mari yedu

    • Houston Austin Muzamhindo I like your positivity I’m sure 37 years wasn’t enough for you. This is what we call “playing to the gallery “ we all know the problems in our hospitals no amount of visits will change that, even if those visits looked very compassionate and angelic. Go to Gomo today and ask if no one died during her visit due to lack of basic things and you begin to understand what I’m on about. Her visit doesn’t help the hospital or give her an insight of things she didn’t already know. Saka maZimba are quick to say that the way to go Amai. Amai vei when you don’t even respect your own mothers at home.

      • nokutenda

Zvako, vakatoroiwa maZimba. Not even two months ago they were calling you hukurai. I believe people can change. But be careful mhanhi, tangai maona . MaZimba kana Satan akauya achiti ndatendeuka chiuyayi kwandiri vanotomunamata.

    • When it was Gucci Grace smiles all over the facez . Why critisize her? If you dont kno Mai Mnangagwa is now a powerful woman who can make things happen.

Saka ngatipei mukana kumunhu anenge apiwa mukana tozotaura hedu kana achinge atadza.

    • Everyone knows the state of our hospital without even visiting them. Unless she had gone with a bucket load of cash and lorries of gloves then I would be clapping hands. She is an Mp in her constituency what has she done. Are the hospital ok there?

    • Dont b deceived by cheap politicking the problem with zimbabweans is we have lowered our standards so much that we accept mediocrity there is no story here the story is when this ruling class starts getting medical treatment at Mpilo hospital or parirenyatwa coz they have managed to improve the service delivery to the point that our public hospitals are on the level of those same hospitals they go to for their treatment in South Africa and Asia

    • ‘Mnangagwa stop intimidating villagers’ – Heal Zimbabwe by Stephen Jakes 27 Apr 2015 at 14:58hrs | 5848 Views Heal Zimbabwe has condemned the intimidation and threats being made by ZANU PF- MP for Chirumhanzu-Zibagwe constituency, Auxillia Mnangagwa to opposition supporters in Chirumhanzu. The organization which agitates for human rights and democracy said on 24 April 2015, during her election victory celebrations where she was meeting ZANU PF Ward Chairpersons, Auxillia confronted MDC-T Chairperson for Ward 11, James Mavedzenge whom she forced to denounce his support for the MDC-T. “When he obliged, she threatened that the soldiers would beat him up if he does not bring other suspected MDC-T supporters in the ward so that they can also publicly denounce their party. James Mavedzenge has since fled the area in fear of further harassment and victimization,” Heal Zimbabwe has revealed. “On 25, April 2015 again, ZANU PF Councillor for Ward 11, Gabriel Mavezere and ZANU PF Youth Chairperson Manenji ordered all youths in the ward to attend celebrations at Chamatanda Secondary School.” The organization said at the celebrations, the two addressed the congregation and mentioned that they have been sent by Mai Mnangagwa to tell all the youth to stop supporting any party that is not ZANU PF and anyone who fails to oblige shall be “dealt with” by members of the army who were part of her campaign trail. “They also told the gathering that all headmen in the area have started compiling lists of all those suspected to support the opposition and the names shall be submitted to soldiers in the area,” states Heal Zimbabwe. “This is not the first time soldiers and security agents have been used to intimidate the electorate. During the run up to the by-elections in the area, known soldiers and security agents in cahoots with ZANU PF youths moved around the area harassing and threatening opposition supporters with death if Mrs Mnangagwa fail to win the seat.” The organization said these threats come at a time when the by-elections in the area are over and the threats are meant to quell any dissenting voices within the constituency. “The threats by Mrs Mnangagwa are a direct contravention of 67 of the constitution which stipulates that every citizen is free to participate in any political gathering of their choice and to choose a leader of their choice,” said Heal Zimbabwe. “Heal Zimbabwe calls on the Government to uphold citizens’ rights. The soldiers and police should also uphold their constitutional mandate of respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of all people and be non-partisan in the delivery of their duties.” Join Bulawayo24 Online Community Source – Byo24News More on: #_Heal_Zimbabwe

No respect for authority you claim to know yet you lack empathy and lack social skills. I think Zimbabwe nurses association should step up and start upholding law am sure you have codes and conducts that every nurses should abide. This shameful behaviour that was being displayed by some of those bigoted nurses is disgraceful. One should not be a nurse if you lack empathy and kindness.

    • Isn’t she knew what she was doing with her crew, think out of the box.

    • Nokuthula Nyathi well said. We have so many gullible Zimbabweans falling for her act. This is a billionaire woman who can build 10 top class hospitals with her share of diamond looted monies.

    • Matanga anambw…

    • Imi musiri fake makaiteiko.
      Ivaiwo nechijairira chekuda zvinhu zvakanaka.

  • She has been a member of parliament for many years she gets her treatment abroad. If she is trying to copy Magufuli then she should start from the bottom fly economy, stop independence celebration, ride to work, reduce large delegation and the list goes on

  • Moving in the right direction.

  • Ndizvo chaizvo mai venyika. Ndiko kugona and we are waiting for more such visits.

  • Vakadzi vevatungamiriri vane position IPI mupolitics

  • Mxxxxxxxxxm fake visit the’re just pretanding. In all these fucken years in Zanu pf they knew about these problems which were affecting the citizens but they dd nothing msunuyabo

  • We want free n fair election to choose our choice

Kushanya hakuna kunyangara bt ngavazive kuti varikunoona guva varivo vakauraya

  • MADE IN ZIMBABWE

    This Is noble

  • Please deal with the high costs of healthcare that most zimbabweans cannot afford. Doctors and hospitals charge ridiculous amounts of money for their services . How can person with a 200 dollar salary afford 3000 dollars in doctors fees for an operation excluding the money they will use to buy blood and buy the stuff needed for the operation. Thats my main concern .

  • About time

  • Thats excellent ndopanoti amai apa.

  • What was her comment on drugs and old hospital equipments l hope that was the reason for the visit

  • FOR SOMEONE TO BE ABLE TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY HAVE TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH THE PROBLEM MHANI. OUR FIRST LADY IS MAKING A FIRST STEP HERE. VANHU HAMUNA KWENYU FUTI. SHE HAS TO DO THIS KUTI ABATSIREWO PAKUGADZIRISA ZVINHU MUNO MUNYIKA. ANGAZIVA KUNHUWA KWE SEWAGE ISATI YAMUNHUWIRAWO HERE??? LETS NOT CRITICISE ZVISIZVO

    • Going to get treatment from SA means they know where the problem is, if there were no problems in Zimbabwean hospitals why do they go and seek medical treatment elsewhere

    • OK thats why now avanemukana wekugadzirisa since ava iye ave panyanga. she couldnt do it all along since panga pa Gucci even if she wanted to. so lets give room

  • Negativity and bitterness in us Zimbabweans . Can we just appreciate good deeds without judging. A wrong is a wrong a right is a right

  • Munogona amai,

  • Haiwawo tibvire apa

  • Rome was not built in a day, yes 37 years of chaos and shambles we all know, but why can’t we be assertive and give them a chance though I’m not otherwise suggesting they are the best people to resuscitate Zim, (just an opinion )

  • She is a member of parliament of chirumanzu

  • Good, this will reduce laziness.

  • The main problem we had and continue to have is; we look up to individuals to much till we overlook “right”, facts, the institutions as a whole in favour of our favourite individuals. Therefore divisions and strife will strive.

  • Someone tell her pfutsek. She has been “deputy first lady” for many many years and could have done that visit to any Harare hospital 1000 opportunities before! Fokof.
    Down with cosmetic appearances.

  • As who ????minister of health????

  • Stop complaining and play your part in building your nation. Futhi shame.

  • Chii chavasingazivi about these Hospitals, get admitted there and see if you can spend 2 nights.

  • Its the hubby who shld be doing that!!

  • Saka vaida kuuona chii ? Pane asingazivi kuti hapana mishonga kuma hospitals

  • Aienda akamirira ani? Ndiyo constituency yake here?

  • She is not fake .Jairirai zvinhu zvakanaka.

  • She has done good, becouz people are dying kuzvipatara uko,maNurse vachitamba,at the some time, she wants to help the husband nematambudziko ane vanhu kuzvipatara uko,so that she can push him to solve all those problem,so chimbomirai kugwauta zvisina basa

  • In what capacity??? What power does she has in that regard?

  • Hatibatwe kumeso zvekudaro

  • After seeing the poor delivery then what???? Lets wait and see

  • 17 black top of the range cars, 36 black suits strong men, 14 ladies vachisvika pahospital isina kana panado then moti vanhu ngatifare chete

  • To be honest guys. She knew the state of the hospitals and services. She should make a visit few months down the line when the government has made some improvements to see the progress

  • I thought the iceklim sent baba to Sandton so its obvious they already know that muZimbabwe hapana hapana….these politicians???

  • Mazimbabweans nhamo yakatokupengesai, let’s be supportive of this new government not just criticise our leaders who are trying to do differently this time by correcting their past mistakes, at the end of the day vaitonga..vacharamba vachingotonga..vanovukura…vachingovukura

    • Do you see anything new in this current government? Maonero anosiyana chokwadi

    • Wanga waona chitsva nguvai the government is less than a month old

    • This is a government not a spaza shop

  • is she a gvt official ?beware of second grace

  • Kungwarisa ko Parirenyatwa ambokudana here

  • They ran down these institutions. They cannot expect miracles before they rehabilitate them. She should be ashamed to see whatever she finds out. Shame on them all.

  • Even if she to built a brand new hospital and stock it with medical YOU’RE STILL GOING TO say fuckall. A baby crawls before running. Alot of sore grapes on here.

  • Mrs M, visiting was great but not enough. We need new and renovated hospitals. Well trained nursing staff and modern equipment….! You saw the poor services people are getting. Ma nurse vano shaudha patients as if patients are dogs. Such nurses should be fired on the spot.
I suggest collaboration with other external and internal institutions to bring quality nurse training. I am willing to help with nurse training.

    • By her visiting she will use the information to get the results you want. We don’t plant a tree today and expect fruits tomorrow. It takes time.

    • True Ruvah Varie

  • pretend how when zbc was filming bulshit and did she have to wait till she is first lady to visit the hospitals 🙄🤦🏿‍♀️ so naive mazimbo ne two mins actions smh

My belief is that she is the ears and eyes of her husband…and want the best for the country. As the wife of our President…she is the best advisor … every achievement her husband does…she is part of it…so lets support her than making basseless irrelevant critics.
